Glin National College’s Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy

Owing to high demand, our training courses are typically fully booked two weeks before the course start date. Our cancellation policy stipulates that if a participant need to cancel their reservation, they must submit a written request to Glin National College no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled course commencement date. Requests received less than 30 days before the course begins cannot be accommodated, as Glin National College will have insufficient time to fill the vacant spot.

In cases where a student makes a booking within 30 days of the course start date, they have the option to cancel their reservation within 24 hours of making the booking.

Glin National College is open to deferring a course placement for a period of up to 3 months if a student encounters difficulties preventing them from attending the training on the originally booked dates. To facilitate this, we require written notice at least 7 days before the course’s scheduled commencement.

Please note that rescheduling exam bookings at the student’s request will incur a €30 administrative charge.”
